Realm purchased but can't be created

I was about to create my own realm so I bought the realm good for two players and then it was about to make the realm already but then it said realm incomplete and keeps on telling me to check the device later. I've been checking and still the same issue appears and the amount has already been deducted to my account but realm can't be created.
