After crashing I can't read other people's chat.

First of all, forgive my level of English, it is not my native language. Today playing on my realms server from PC (bedrock), when trying to exit to the main menu with the "save and exit" button, it has taken me directly from the game to the desktop. When I logged in again, I got the message "global resources reset. Resources failed to load previously" and I could no longer see my friends' chat messages. I have logged in from Nintendo switch, and the same problem, I can't read my friends. I have seen that the chat is not deactivated, the privacy options of the account on the Xbox page, and nothing, everything is correct but I cannot read my friends from any platform after having had that "crashing".
