Despite my xbox and microsoft having access to everything, Minecraft Xbox1 won't allow me to find or access my realm which i'm currently paying for! Please can you help?

Out of nowhere, minecraft won't allow me to find or click on my realm that i'm paying for due to me not having the right settings?  My xbox, MC, and microsoft settings allow all social features so i'm losing my money on a bug; please help?
