Realms problem

Good day, I’m here to report an issue . I bought the minecraft realm at 20th March for two months . This month I forgot to add money in my Apple ID so I use AlipayHK to pay today. But I don’t know why the app cost me twice ( 58hkd X2) for that . And the app show this two massages down below. So may you me fix it ? I only need one realm and I want to get the money back . Thank you
