Reactivating Realms Account

Hello,

 

I am trying to reactivate my realms account because I had to deactivate my other credit card. I am trying to add a new form of payment and it starts checking the card and it saids issue with payment. I put in 3 different cards, 5 times each and it kept giving me the same issue. Then I tried doing it this morning, I was thinking maybe it was just an issue last night however it is giving the same error. I checked my banking app and my debit card was one of the cards that I tried. It showed a bunch of $0 charges showing that something was happening in my account.
