Minecraft Realm Extra World issue

I recently bought a 10 person Realm Pack using my Paymaya Virtual VISA Card via Apple Pay. The payment is successful. I'll attach the reference number below. I tried creating the realm but it shows that we still need to purchase the realm again. Please assist. We're still new with Minecraft and we're starting to love this game. We already purchased 3 worlds and 3 realms already with Minecraft and this is the first time we encountered this problem.
