Realms Restart

I logged on to my realm to find that everything was back to when I had first opened the seed. All progress cease to exist and my avatar holds nothing.

I tried using the worlds backup (Backup 05/17/2020 11:19 PM) but it's still the same when I open the realm.

I also tried downloading the world and seeing if I could play on single-player but it's still all the same.
