Not enough space on tablet for city life 2

We bought City Life 2 on our tablet and each time we try to go on it, it takes us back to the home screen. We think it's because City Life 2 takes up too much space on a tablet. Could you please either fix this problem or give us the minecoins back so we can buy a smaller world.
