Everything is LOCKED!

I'm a subscriber to Realms Plus, and I'm locked out of using them for free (locks everywhere) on my ipad and on my Windows 10 version. I'm subscribed to Realms through the Apple Store. I can access my actual Realm, but all the Realms in the store have locks.

I received a pop up in Minecraft that someone partially completedly or tried to complete a Realms purchase, but that didn't happen. My husband did use my device to log in to his Minecraft account, and I don't know if that messed everything up.
