Renewing a Realm

While renewing my realm with the 90 day subscription, instead of renewing my current realm I have been given a new (still uninitialised) realm. I know this is almost certainly my fault for being stupid and not paying attention, but is there anyway to renew my current realm with the subscription? Or will I have to pay again?
