City life 2

Good day, I've bought a package with diamonds from minecraft store (830 diamonds) called City life 2, but when trying to lauch the realm creation it goes right back to the world selection and doesn't seem ot start the adventure map I've bought.

I'm not sure I've correctly chosen the "project" and "Realm platform", the game is played by my daughters and I can't really tell which version is apart that they play minecraft on PS4
