Realm Disconnects, and crashes from all devices, Bedrock 14.60

All members of my Realm server are being disconnected after a minute in game. All have legitimate copies of Minecraft, running on PC, Xbox one, Switch, and Mobile. The issue has been on going for 2 days starting 5/15/2020, and has gotten steadily worse now all players are experiencing these kicks when initially it was just one player (Xbox One) who was playing from Hawaii, the rest of the players are playing from the west coast of continental United States. Everyone is running update versions of their OS, and of Minecraft. In the day leading up ther had been increased game stuttering as well.
