Cant log on to Realm Xbox One

On Xbox One

I cant get onto my Realm it either hangs on the building terrain or on loading the realm up. It hangs on the Purple screen. 

Ive tried the stuff on the help.minecraft.net. I am using a Wifi connection and its not possible to to use an ethernet cable. 

My friends can still access it.
