Chiseled quartz block

Hi there, 

Just wanted to report a minor bug that's unfortunately having an annoying affect on a project I'm doing, visually. 

The quartz block since the last few updates unfortunately have become limited in their placement.

They only allow for vertical placement and ignore horizontal attempts.

It is a minor issue in truth but if it could be reverted to its previous state it would be welcomed with open arms.
