Unable to create a Realms after successful payment

On May 1, I signed up for Minecraft Realms. The purchase was successful, Apple account shows that I have an active subscription. However every time I try to create a Realms I receive an error message saying "Something went wrong. Your purchase succeeded but we couldn't create your realm right now. Try again later".
I have been trying for the last 10 days.
