Zombies do not burn in daylight

When the sun is out, like mid-day and not just early morning or late evening, the zombies will come out and not burn when exposed to the sun. This appears to only occur on the realm in which i host.

 

In the image attached, you can see that despite it being just pasted noon, the zombie is not burning.
