Realm renewed without taking money

For some reason when I opened my Minecraft my realm had renewed, as I'm writing this it is three days after it was supposed to expire and it has instead renewed. This wouldn't be an issue normally but it hasn't taken money, nor could it have because the account it is connected to is empty and no transactions have taken place recently

I don't want to ends up having this charge me more money or anything so I have decided to report it
