Realm paid but still shows as expired

Hi, I have already paid for my realm suscription just after 30 minutes after it expired but it is still as expired so I can't access to my world to continue playing.

I just need to know...

Do I need to wait after paying for a reactivation?

I my realm is not going to be reactivated, then I need a full refund ASAP.

My Gamertag is JhonnyBarajas.
