Friend's parrot permanently stick on my shoulder

I leash my friend's parrot many time when the parrot is sit on my friend shoulder. my friends exit from minecraft and i have to take care of his parrot. so i leash him at the fence to make sure it doesnt run away. and suddenly it sit on my shoulder. i try to make it jump down from my shoulder and apparently it stuck on my shoulder and wouldnt get off me. (my friend didnt join back since then). but the thing is the parrot didnt appear in my inventory. and i try to leash it again but seems like either the parrot or the leash has a bug that wont make it leash to the fence. and the parrot didnt actually sit on my shoulder. it actually flying but it stick (or stuck) on my shoulder.
