get kicked out

I've gotten kicked out of Minecraft on Xbox and iOS last 100 days and I can't wrap my head around it because its so annoying. It's not just me or my Xbox but 100 other people found this bug out my friend and me always get kicked out and you might be saying I played with mods but I didn't it's Minecraft Java that has this so called glitch so pls fix it I'm about to not play if you don't want to fix it.
