Realm Resetting

My friends and I have a realm on Xbox one and recently (5/2/20) tried to load the realm and when put into the world it put us in a brand new world with none of our building, resources, weapons, and tools. I'm currently paying and considering unsubscribing due to frustration of the lost progress. Thanks!
