Reamlms Account-Lost save data and getting Kicked from Game

I have a subscription to Minecraft Realms and Ive been having a great time with my friends playing it but I ran into a serious problem. I spent the better half of 5/2/2020 adding a lot of progress in the game and creations. I left for about an hour and i lost a vast amount of progress and I am very discouraged about that. It makes me very concerned if this will be a repeat issue. 

I would very much hope that my save data can be recovered. And that I can be reassured that if this does happen again that there are measures to prevent it. Also, I would hope to hear back from you soon about this.
