The skins are messing up

So whenever I play bedrock in general sometimes it switches our skins and sometimes it makes each other skins completely different, it gets quite annoying because I love making my skins according to what I'm working on, and when it changes my skin its less fun, please work this out, it's hard to replicate it on purpose but if I'm playing multiplayer it usually does it almost every time, every once in awhile it changes it on single player as well
