Placed Blocks Randomly Deleting in Realms

Blocks placed will randomly dis-appear in Realms. The attached photo (holes in the floor) have been filled in 2 or 3 times, but keep deleting after logging out. Other changes to the world map remain, but for some reason the floor keeps getting deleted.
