Realms Disconnection issue

When on a realm, it can sometimes disconnect, appearing as if your internet had cut out, but if you try to join back or join a server, it says 'unable to connect to world'. The two ways that you can fix this are making a singleplayer world or doing a fresh re-install of Minecraft Windows 10. Please could you fix this as it is driving me crazy when i'm trying to record episodes for my realm smp series
