Crashing Server after placing specific block

Greetings everyone,

This is a bug report. When you place a DISPENSER inside the dirt (or any place that blocks all the DISPENSER faces) and activate it with a LEVER, the Realm Server craches and everyone is disconnected. Please, see file attached.
