We cant interact in the realm

I bought a realm to play mini-games with my family. I did but the subscription and bought a mini-game in the marketplace.
it worked for 1 day. the next day nobody could do anything in the world. I thought it was the world I bought I re-made the world it didn't work. I try to do a normal world and try to start from scratch but nobody could break blocks or builds houses. it is annoying because I had to pay for another world and now I do not know how to get the money back
