I cant connect to realm

I cant connect to the minecraft realm i get dissconected after few seconds,but i can play all other servers i have a good internet connection with over 100mbs.I can play realm when i connect my pc to a hotspot of my phone which is worst than my wifi. I dont know what is the issue but if someone knows how to fix it I would be very thankful.I even tried turnig of my firewall restarting my pc/router but nothing worked this is also happening to my friends and we have no idea how to fix it
