We purchased forlorn valley and it isn't working

We purchased forlorn valley for my son on the ps4 minecraft. We have never been able to use this map. When we try, it either doesn't connect to the server or crashes shortly after we get in. We paid for this and would like to be able to use it or be refunded. We have downloaded a few other maps and this is the only one we have trouble with
