Stuck in Loading Terrain

I've been having this problem pretty recent. Few days ago, my friends generated 2 new worlds in Minecraft realm. As soon as i join, it kept me in "Loading Terrain" for few minutes, then connected me with a 1 bar and extreme lag. Then the second time, it just stuck me in " Loading Terrain" and timed out. Its been like that since.
I tried reinstalling Minecraft and that didn't work. I tried testing it on my Laptop, and that didnt work.
All servers are working fine, but this realm.
Today, i formatted my computer, and it worked for a bit, but when i disconnected, it got stuck on Loading terrain again.

I dont know whats doing this, and i hope someone would be able to help.
