Minecraft Windows 10 Not Updating Automatically. Can't play Realms.

My Minecraft Windows 10 is telling me that my game is not up to date (1.14.30) because Realms have been updated (1.14.60, according to a friend). Usually, Minecraft should update automatically, right? I tried redownloading it from Microsoft Store only to be faced with the "0x87AF000B" error code. 

 

Also, I've uninstalled Minecraft Windows 10 from my computer and I don't know how to get it back (since I can't reinstall it from Microsoft Store). Is there any way to get it from the Mojang/Minecraft site for free? I got it in the time period where if you had bought Java Edition, you'd get Windows for free.
