I cannot create a realm after I purchased it.

I attempted to make a realm on Xbox one, it took my money, then I opened the play with friends menu. All the Invite buttons were greyed out and would not allow me to hit done. I then restarted Minecraft and found it took the 8.49$ but acted as if I had never purchased realms and kept trying to get me to buy it again. I then tried to make a realm on mobile and on windows 10 and it acted like it was never purchased. It was purchased,  as Microsoft listed it under my subscriptions and I had to return it. I bought it again and had the same issue, and it would not allow me to access my realms premium content.

I am signed into my Xbox account on all of them, but when making the realms on my Xbox my Xbox live was not active
