Stuck on Loading Resource Packs

Neither my partner or I are able to access our Minecraft realms on Xbox, on trying to load in it gets stuck on loading 'resource pack' however no resource packs are on.

The realm on my account is called "Tom & Mia Survival" under the username RAPIDSK8R#5917 and the realm on her account is called "Creeper, aww man" under the username miasnotcool.

This is disappointing as I pay for both of these and neither of us are able to access them.
