Unable to create realm after payment was sucessful

Hello. I have attempted to create a realm. The payment was taken, however a pop up keeps coming up and telling me that although payment was sucessful, the realm cannot be be created right now, and to check back later on the same device.

 

this is very frustrating. How can I fix this issue?
