internal exception java.io.ioexception an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

Hi ive been playing minecraft survival during quarantine but when me and my friends decided to start a realm i was not able to play. I connect to the server the npc/players move for a sheer second and the stop moving and nothing i do registers and  the i get the message internal exception java.io.ioexception an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. I tried to unistall antiviruses/deactivate them unistall and reinstall minecraft and tried to do the java advanced setting and nothing seems to work
