Max hearts dropped to five (10 point of health)

Max hearts dropped to five  (10 point of health) Max armor dropped to five (even in full diamond armor). attempted to restore back-up (twice, used back up from 12hr ago) still stuck with 5 Hearts/Shield. occurred after being struck by lightening from a trident thrown by a drown. Had a totem of undying in my off hand.

Note:
was trying addon/resource pack earlier in the day. but problem continues even in vanilla.
