Chain command block act as impulse

Whilst on my bedrock realm I'm trying to implement a death counter and came across an issue I had a few months back where chain command blocks act as impulse, even if Its a chain command block I place and not just and impulse changed to chain. The bottom right always classifys the Block Type as impulse.
