Minecraft Realm Not Saving Progress / April 2020

Hey. I am an owner of a minecraft realm on Mac. I just moved my single player world to a realm, and I was playing on it for awhile last night. When I logged in the morning, all my progress I made since turning it into a realm was lost.

I thought it was just a fluke so I played for around 30 minutes, quit for an hour, and when I logged back on, sure enough I lost my progress again. I have been the only person to use the realm since buying it. I have seriously no idea how to fix this, ive seen other posts about this issue, but most are old.
