Doesn't allow me to use commands as a Realm owner

I am the owner of a realm but as such it does not allow me to use commands or activate tricks in the Realm when I want to put commands I get the message "You cannot use cheats at this level" and I tried to activate them but when leaving settings it is deactivated again, I try this from edit world
