Food items have animation, but not being used

This only happens occasionally, but happens to everyone on the Realm, even after relogging in.

When you try to eat Sweet Berries, Carrots, and Potatoes (not Baked), the animation shows but the item is not used, and the hunger bar is not filled up. Please fix this.
