Impossible playing to Realms without error "Time Out"

Hello, i am playing Realms since a week now. At first I could play without any problem, the connexion was good and since 4 days I can’t play anymore without lags and I have logout with the “time out” error message. 

I tried to uninstall the game, to play on Ethernet, I closed and Re-opened the realm, I even tried to play on another realm. I took out the firewall and I don’t have any antivirus. I have the same problem with my livebox (8mbitd/ 10ms) and / or using my phone as a personal hotspot (25mbits/ 15ms). I also installed the game onto another MacBook and same story again, huge delay between my mouse clics and what I am doing in game and still the time out message. 

 

I don’t know what to do anymore, nothing is working. 

I'm on MacOS.
