Weird things are happening in my realms, like weapons or blocks appearing out of nowhere

Okay, long story short, I have a realms on windows 10 with my friends, we are 8 and only 3 have "powers" (like we say). The issue is that there are happening really weird things, like weapons with a lot of enchantments appearing in our inventories, mad potions falling on us when we log in, and the most usual one, a loooot of blocks spawning in the ground. Like, 4 stacks of sand, or quartz, etc. We don't know whats happening, this started yesterday (April 12, 2020) and only 3 ppl have connected since yesterday and Im the only one with powers among them. If someone knows what is the issue, or has passed throught something similar and corrected it, please let me know
