Minecraft Realms will not load, download or delete

Minecraft loads and runs local worlds, but when selecting a realm it says "Joining Realms" then "Loading Resource Packs..." then says "Unable to connect to world." This is affecting Windows 10 versions and Xbox as well. There is very little information about this issue and it is affecting many users. A public update would be helpful. My Realm issue has a clock on it. I have stopped reoccurring billing so when the 30 days is up, and the problem is not resolved the issue will be a moot point. If the problem can not be resolved with in this billing period then I'll want that $9.99 back.
