Can not do anything with realm about 3 days after purchase

So i am on minecraft windows 10 edition and i decided to use my 1 month free trial realm, about 3 days later i could not connect to it, i cant replace it with another world i cant delete the world i tried to even load a back up and it says it times out or it cant do it. i have done some research on the internet and all i find is not being able to do anything in game or the game crashing after connecting to the realm.
