Realms Not Loading after applying Chroma Hills HD Resource Pack

I bought a realm and have been playing on it for a few days with no issues.  When the new spring package was released I realized I could apply a pack to my realm for other members to see.  I really liked the way the Chroma Hills pack looked so chose it.  I downloaded the pack, replaced my current realm with a copy that contained the pack so that all members would have to download it to play.  It worked great the first day.  Then as of yesterday 4/11/2020, it doesn't let me.

When I click on my realm it says joining realm for a very long time, then it will switch to loading resources, soon after it gives an error message that says unable to connect.  I tried to download a back up copy and replace the world, and it doesn't work.  It just says there was an error uploading the resources.  I even tried to restart my realm and it gives the same error about not able to restart the realm due to a similar error.

Today I noticed that the servers are having some type of error, but I think that this might be something separate from that.
