Minecraft Realms Refuses to upload any world type

Realms will not upload any world file it always fails at the verify world stage, it doesn't matter if the world is brand new generated,, an old world, a world with datapacks or a world without it fails consistently every time. I have also tried uploading from multiple internet sources and separate PCs with no change.
