Realm Not allowing Players to Connect

Around 34 Hours ago, all backups stopped occurring on my realm. Shortly thereafter, whenever a player tried to log into the realm, after about 15 seconds, it would say unable to connect to realm. When attempting to close the realm so I can try opening it back up it says "unable to close realm". No outages reported by mojang.
