Minecraft bedrock realms not loading

Hello, as a Minecraft player I know that every once in a while a big will come up, and you will do your best to fix it. However, I have had a very hard time trying to get onto my 3 person realm, and for having paid for it I would like you to please look into this problem and try to figure it out.
