Realm error

My realm have a serious problem

I can't do anything at all

It started with some bugs when partners entered the world, losing their inventory, do I tried to restore the realm and load a backup I made

When it finished restoring the realm of said the was an error

I did it several times until it was successful and made a new seed

Then I wanted to load the backup, and again, when it finished, it said there was an error, but in the top message it said it was imported successfully

But nothing, I can't open the work, or download it,restore it or replace it

It always send an error
