Unable to connect to world (REALM)

About 2 and 3 weeks ago my realm has been failing a lot, leaving the following message:
"Unable to connect to world."
Today it has been 2 hours that he still has not returned, he does not even leave to change or erase the world, and I am not the only one with this problem.
Please check this issue, so the bedrock community is happy.
